Shipping Policy

Purchased products listed as in stock will be processed for shipping within 24 hours of order.

If requested products are out of stock we will replenish our stock as soon as possible and contact you directly with updates.

For free samples shipping and handling is $35 within the USA, and $85 for other countries.

For small orders shipping and handling is $35 within the USA, €35 within the EU, and $85 for other countries. If you provide a FedEx account number there are no additional charges for shipping in the US and non-EU countries, and the surcharge for shipping within the EU is reduced to €20.
